OATS Volunteer Application

Please fill out the application below to be considered for an OATS Festival Volunteer position. Please note the following policies before submitting your application:

  1. Festival organizers will attempt to place you in an assignment of your choice, however this may not be possible. Please be flexible. Remember that every festival assignment is important for the smooth functioning of the festival.
  2. Festival assignments are subject to change up to, and during, the festival. Please be flexible in considering a switch in assignment if you are asked.
  3. Fill out one application per person volunteering. (Couples: fill out a separate form for each person)

Please note, time slots are defined as follows:

Morning: Generally 8am - Noon
Afternoon: Generally Noon- 4pm
Evening: Generally 4pm - 8pm
Night: Generally 8pm -Midnight
